We migrated to a new backend system in 2019. While most users should be able to log in without incident, some older accounts may need to be manually migrated. Rest assured, we have records of all user licenses going back to the very beginning of Kazrog. If you haven't logged in since before 2019, submit an account recovery request and we can migrate your legacy account to our new system.
